Step 1. Choose your portrait style

Browse our Signature, Memorial and Regal styles and choose the one that feels right for your pet. Each portrait is digitally created and then worked through manually, refining detail, adjusting tone and making it feel like the individual animal in your photo. It takes time and care, and that's exactly the point.

Step 2. Upload your photo

A clear phone photo is all we need. We review every image personally before artwork begins. If anything isn't quite right we will let you know before we start, so nothing is wasted and everything feels considered.

Step 3. Approve your proof

Before anything is printed, you will receive a personal digital proof. Take your time, request any small changes, and only confirm when it feels exactly right. Nothing goes to print without your say so.

Step 4. Receive your portrait

Your portrait is printed on archival materials and delivered free across the UK, ready to hang. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 days of proof approval.

Tips for the Perfect Photo

• Use natural lighting where possible
• Make sure your pet's eyes are clearly visible
• A front-facing or slight side angle works best
• Higher resolution photos produce the best results
