What photo should I use?

Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible. Front-facing or slight side angles work best. The higher the resolution, the better the final result.

Can I submit more than one photo?

Yes! If you'd like us to reference multiple photos, you can leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.

What sizes are available?

We currently offer three sizes: A4 (21x29.7cm), A3 (29.7x42cm), and Large (16x20"). All portraits come framed and ready to hang.

How long does it take?

Most portraits are completed and dispatched within 7–10 working days. You'll receive a preview before we finalise your order.

Can I request changes to my portrait?

Absolutely. We'll send you a digital preview and you can request adjustments before we print and frame your portrait.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

As each portrait is made to order, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's an issue.
